RGS SL –1000i Industrial Slide Gate Operator
RGS Operators mount directly to the support post and allow for installation where pad mounted or chain driven operators are not desirable or practical.
Three power levels are available for residential, commercial and industrial applications. Self contained operators are designed for quiet operation and to be maintenance free.
RGS operators will work with CURVED gates and in harsh winter climates. Features the Linear/Osco APeX Controller.
Operator Features
• Gates up to 45’ in length and 2000 lbs• 24 VDC operation with built in battery backup
• High Torque 24 VDC planetary gearmotor drive with 3 times the torque of the SL-1000
• Double sealed upper and lower bearings
• UHMW Nylon rack gear attaches to gate (eliminates rusting and stretching of chain)
• All aircraft grade machined aluminum components (no castings)
• All stainless steel fasteners
• Locking Upper Cap conceals easy to use Manual Release
• Standard Holding Brake prevents gate from being forced open
